- Reselling: Buying an item and selling it on a third-party marketplace for a higher price, profiting from the difference.

- Botting: Using automated software to purchase items for reselling.

- Flip: Refers to an item that can be sold for a profit.

- Cook: A highly profitable item.

- Cop: Buying an item intended for resale.

Example: “I copped these Pokémon cards today.”

- ACO (Autocheckout): Paying someone to use your purchasing info in their botting software to auto-checkout an item for you.

- Sloths: A synonym for ACO, often used on Discord to bypass filters. People will "run you a slot" (profile) for auto-checkout.

- SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): A numerical code used by retailers to identify items, also used in reselling.

- ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number): Amazon’s version of an SKU.

- Proxies: Used in botting to mask your IP address.

- Servers: Hosting bots in the botting world, offering better performance, proximity to datacenters, and 24/7 operation.

- Cook-group: A community of resellers that provide tools, resources, and information to improve your reselling game.

- Retail: The original price of a product when first purchased from a store (MSRP).

- Resale: Buying an item and selling it to someone else for a profit.

- Restock: When a store replenishes its stock of a product.

- Reseller: Someone who sells items on the secondary market for more than the original retail price.

- Live: When a product link is open and available for purchase.

Example: “The PS5 drop is live!”

- WTB (Want to Buy): Commonly seen on platforms like eBay, meaning someone is looking to purchase a specific item.

- WTS (Want to Sell): The opposite of WTB, meaning someone is offering to sell an item.

- WTT (Want to Trade): A barter system where one item is traded for another.

- Bricks: Refers to an item with no resale value.

Example: “Those Supreme glasses are bricks.”

- Drop: The release of an item for purchase.

Example: “The Amazon PS5 drop is tomorrow.”

- OBO (Or Best Offer): Indicates flexibility on price, inviting offers below the asking price.

- Flaking: When a buyer backs out of a deal at the last minute, which can be frustrating for sellers.

- GPU (Graphics Processing Unit): A computer part that often has resale value.

- Loop: Repeatedly buying a free item over and over.

- Ping: Used in Discord to alert a group or individual by tagging them.

Example: “I’ll ping @everyone if I see a deal.”

- Instacop: Refers to an item with an almost guaranteed high return on investment, making it an instant buy.

- Shipped: The total price of an item, including shipping costs.

- Copped/Hit: Successfully purchasing an item either manually or with a bot.

- MOP (Method of Payment): Refers to the payment method being used, like Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.

- POS (Point of Sale): Another term for the payment method being used.

- NWT (New With Tags): Used for streetwear/clothing flips to describe items still with tags.

- NWOT (New Without Tags): Describes new items missing their tags, often used for streetwear.

- The Play: Describes how a successful buy or sell went down.

Example: "The play for the printers was buying 25 at $50 each and reselling them for $75.

- BOLO (Be On The Lookout): Refers to a highly profitable item or opportunity coming up.

- Death Pile: Inventory that hasn’t been listed for sale yet.

- FOMO (Fear of Missing Out): The fear of passing up a potential flip, often leading to over-sourcing despite a large death pile.

- PFRE (Padded Flat Rate Envelope): A shipping option from USPS.

- NOS (New Old Stock): Items that are new and unused but no longer in production, often vintage.
